Introduction to Figure Drawing

This class will focus on the basic elements of figure drawing with a live, experienced artist model. Participants will learn a variety of methods for drawing the human form, learn and practice sketching techniques, and receive constructive feedback. The atmosphere will be process oriented, non-judgmental, and tailored to participants’ learning goals. The cost is $40 and covers the model, all materials, and instruction. All artists and artists-to-be ages 18 and up are encouraged to participate!

You only need to bring yourself, but you are welcome to bring a drink and snack (adult beverages only for those 21 and over).

We’ll be working with charcoal, which is messy, so dress accordingly.
